1. SHIPPING RATES & CHECKOUT
We are proud to offer a straightforward, premium shipping structure worldwide:
United States Standard Shipping: 100% FREE on all domestic orders, with no minimum purchase required.
United States Express Shipping: Available at a flat rate of $19.99 for expedited delivery.
International Shipping (Rest of World): Available at a flat rate of $20.00 for all destinations outside of the United States.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
Production & Fulfillment Notice: Due to our personalized, made-to-order manufacturing process and focused production lines, crafting your premium item takes slightly longer than standard, mass-produced online retail inventory. We practice mindful, zero-waste production to completely eliminate global environmental textile waste.
Every garment is custom-crafted, tailored, and inspected individually for you the moment your order is authorized.
Because our collection values meticulous craftsmanship and quality checking, your delivery window is comprised of two distinct phases: Processing (the time it takes our team to carefully prepare, quality-check, and package your order) and Transit (the time your package spends traveling with the carrier).
TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT + SHIPPING TRANSIT
United States Standard Shipping
Total Delivery Time: 5 to 13 business days total.
Processing: 2 to 5 business days to prepare and package your order.
Transit: 3 to 8 business days in transit with the courier.
United States Express Shipping
Total Delivery Time: 3 to 6 business days total.
Processing: 1 to 2 business days (prioritized fulfillment)
Transit: 2 to 4 business days in transit via expedited courier.
International Shipping
Total Delivery Time: 7 to 25 business days total.
Processing: 2 to 5 business days to prepare and package your order.
Transit: 5 to 20 business days depending on your location and regional customs processing.

3. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to regional import duties, customs fees, or local VAT according to your government's regulations.
These destination-based fees are determined entirely by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. YAGPO does not collect, manage, or cover these charges at checkout. Additionally, customs inspections can occasionally add unexpected delays to your estimated international delivery date.
4. ADDRESS VERIFICATION & UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to our secure facility due to an incomplete, incorrect, or insufficient shipping address provided by the customer during checkout, the customer will be held fully responsible for the additional shipping fees required to re-route and dispatch the package safely a second time.
Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed at local postal branches, distribution hubs, or customs checkpoints and are returned to us will require a standard re-shipping fee to be dispatched a second time.
