YAGPO OFFICIAL RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. OUR SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION PHILOSOPHY
At YAGPO, we believe in mindful creation and conscious consumption. To actively reduce global environmental textile waste and completely eliminate overproduction, every single garment in our collection is custom-crafted, tailored, and dispatched individually for you the very moment your order is authorized.
Because we do not maintain a mass-production storage warehouse or hold pre-printed seasonal inventory, all sales are final. We are strictly unable to accept traditional returns, structural refunds,or color/size exchanges due to buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection during checkout.
Production & Fulfillment Notice: Due to our personalized, made-to-order manufacturing process and focused production lines, crafting your premium item takes slightly longer than standard, mass-produced online retail inventory. Please allow a dedicated window for custom tailoring and quality inspections before your order officially dispatches.
Important Sizing Notice: We strongly encourage all customers to review our comprehensive, detailed Size Optimization Guides and flat-garment measurement charts available directly on each individual product page prior to finalizing and authorizing a purchase. Our support desk is always available to help guide your fit choices before ordering.
2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS (OUR GUARANTEE)
Your absolute satisfaction and peace of mind remain our core brand priorities. If your custom garment arrives with an undeniable manufacturing defect, clear misprint, structural damage sustained from transit, or if an incorrect item/size was accidentally packed and distributed by our team, we will completely replace it at zero additional cost to you.
• Defective Claims Timeline: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be officially submitted within 14 days after delivery.
• Packages Lost in Transit: Claims for shipments completely lost in transit must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
3. HOW TO EASILY OPEN A REPLACEMENT CLAIM
To process your resolution as swiftly as possible, please follow these steps:
1. Send a direct email to support@yagpo.com with your official Order Number clearly formatted in the subject line.
2. Attach a clear, well-lit, and completely unedited photograph showing the manufacturing defect, printing error, or incorrect size label/garment measurements.
3. Once verified, we will immediately initiate a priority production run to replace your item and ship it with expedited tracking at zero cost to you.
4. RETURN MAILING PROTOCOL & ADDRESS PRIVACY
To align with our zero-waste initiative, do not mail packages back to any administrative or personal address listed on your package shipping label.
• Digital Verification First: The vast majority of standard replacement claims are resolved completely via digital photo verification, requiring no physical mailing return.
• Prior Authorization Required: YAGPO reserves the right to request that the original item be returned for physical inspection prior to issuing an official replacement only if visual verification requires further technical assessment.
• Authorized Hub Routing: DO NOT MAIL ANY ITEMS BACK TO US WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
Once a claim is explicitly approved for physical inspection, our customer care team will provide a designated corporate return address for the nearest regional fulfillment hub, along with specific tracking instructions. Unauthorized returns sent without explicit written approval cannot be identified, tracked, or processed.
